Michele Hetrick
Meet the Creative
Michele Hetrick has over 17 years of experience in creative production, with a foundation in the arts and a focus on building high-impact visual content and scalable production systems. She is the founder of Alchemy Video Vision, a Los Angeles–based creative studio specializing in AI-driven video, content development, and end-to-end visual storytelling for brands, businesses, and digital platforms. With more than 80 production credits across film and television, she brings a strong combination of creative instinct, technical execution, and operational leadership to every project.
Hetrick also co-owns the Emmy Award-winning Alchemy Studios with her husband, Glenn Hetrick—an industry-recognized studio known for creative artistry and production development. The studio works across the full lifecycle of a project, shaping both its creative direction and strategic execution. In 2024, Titan Books published a comprehensive behind-the-scenes book highlighting the studio’s work, further establishing its reputation for innovation and craftsmanship. Today, Hetrick’s focus is on integrating AI into production workflows - designing systems that enable faster iteration and consistent, high-quality creative visuals.
